  • Minimum Share Capital: AED 30 Million (Approx. $8.17M USD) - Must be fully paid-up.

  • Legal Structure: Must be registered as a Mainland company (e.g., LLC).

  • Personnel: Min. 2 local directors, a qualified local Compliance Officer, and Fit & Proper key personnel.

  • Infrastructure: Mandatory fully equipped local physical office.

  • Governance: Mandatory external auditable Compliance, AML/CFT, and Risk Management frameworks.
