Startuppia - for Founders by Founders
Welcome to Startuppia, which began its journey as Consulting24 in Estonia back in 2018. Our own experience launching a startup showed us the real challenges firsthand – navigating complex business setup requirements and frustrating legal red tape. Coming out the other side, we saw a clear need to simplify this process for others.
What started as simply sharing our experience and advice with founder peers grew rapidly into a million-dollar consulting business within just two years.
Our mission became letting founders focus on innovation, while we handle the setup challenges.
Since starting, we've spoken with over 1,000 founders, sharing insights and support.
We've successfully helped establish companies across Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Czechia, the UAE, and Panama, making international business setup more accessible.
Notably, we've secured over 500 VASP financial licenses and 50+ VASP authorizations. Our primary expertise and focus serve the Blockchain, Marketing, IT, and FinTech sectors.

Meet the Founder
"I wanted Startuppia to be a dedicated space for startup founders, especially those bravely launching a company for the very first time," shares Lena E, the visionary founder of Startuppia.
Her drive comes from a deep understanding: "Let us share the knowledge we have, taking care of the complex business setup, so you can focus purely on innovation."
It's this connection to the founder's journey that fuels Lena's passion. "It’s incredibly humbling to be part of something potentially great taking off," she explains, highlighting the long-term relationships Startuppia often builds. "We are there at the birth of the project, throughout startup growth, and sometimes through pivotal moments like exits, liquidations, or strategic jurisdiction changes."
